Most personal pieces are done while you wait. Larger orders are scheduled and checked piece by piece.

Questions
Can you engrave rings I bought somewhere else?
Yes — bring them in. Most wedding bands we engrave were bought elsewhere.
How long does it take?
Most bands are engraved in about 30 minutes while you wait, after you approve the proof.
How much text fits inside a band?
It depends on the width and size of the ring. We’ll show you exactly how your words fit before we start.
Will engraving damage my ring?
The laser marks only the surface. We check the band first and tell you honestly if a ring isn’t a good fit.
Can you engrave tungsten or plated rings?
Tungsten engraves beautifully. On plated rings, engraving can show the metal underneath — we’ll explain before we begin.
What if the ring is resized later?
Resizing can affect an inside engraving. If a resize is coming, do it first.
