Most personal pieces are done while you wait. Larger orders are scheduled and checked piece by piece.

Questions
What file do you need?
A vector file (SVG or PDF) gives the sharpest result. PNG or JPG can work for simpler logos — we’ll check it before quoting.
Can you match our brand colors?
Engraving is tonal — your logo appears in the material’s own engraved tone, not in color. That’s what makes it permanent.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. Larger quantities get better per-piece pricing.
Can every piece also have a person’s name?
Yes — logo plus individual names from your list.
Can we see a sample first?
Yes. You approve one finished piece before we engrave the rest.
