Shipping & Delivery

Every Moboduc product has an expected preparation time shown on the product page before you order. Ready to Ship items ordered before 4 PM ET Monday through Friday are eligible for same-business-day shipping. Some pieces ship by the next business day, while custom-production pieces typically ship within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.

Yes. Many of our personalized jewelry pieces are kept in stock and personalized in-house. Eligible Ready to Ship personalized pieces ordered before 4 PM ET Monday through Friday can ship the same business day.

We often process and ship orders on weekends, too. Weekend dispatch is not guaranteed, so all processing estimates are shown in business days.

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $75. For orders below that, and for international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Enter your ZIP or postal code at checkout to see the exact cost and available delivery services.

Estimated delivery after shipping is 2–4 business days in the United States, 2–5 business days to Canada, and 2–6 business days to Europe. These estimates begin after your order has shipped and do not include processing time. Customs clearance, carrier delays, weather and holidays may add additional time.

We ship from New Jersey, allowing us to reach many U.S. destinations quickly.

Available expedited delivery options are shown at checkout based on your destination ZIP or postal code. Expedited delivery changes carrier transit time and does not shorten product preparation time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans your parcel. You can also check your order at any time on our Order Status page. We ship with USPS and UPS; orders to P.O. Box addresses are delivered by USPS.

Yes. Estimated delivery after shipping is 2–5 business days to Canada and 2–6 business days to Europe. Customs clearance may add additional time.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. They may be collected by the carrier or customs authority before or at delivery. If a parcel is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, shipping and customs costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Yes. Before we ship, contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. We can only update an address before the order has shipped. Once an order is with the carrier, we may not be able to redirect it.

If an order is undeliverable because of an incomplete or incorrect address entered at checkout, we can reship it after the parcel is returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will review the shipment with the carrier and work with you on the best resolution.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are evaluated from the next business day for quoted processing times, although we may process and ship some orders sooner.
