Jewelry is small and easy to damage in transit. A few minutes of careful packing keeps your piece in the condition it left in — and keeps your return straightforward.
1. Start with the original packaging
Place your jewelry back in the Moboduc pouch or box it arrived in.
2. No original packaging? Wrap it
Wrap each piece in soft tissue and place it in a small, rigid box with padding around it — cotton, bubble wrap or crumpled paper all work.
3. Keep pieces separated
Returning more than one piece? Wrap each one separately. Chains tangle and stones scratch when items move against each other in transit.
4. Use a rigid box, not an envelope
Use a small, rigid box whenever possible. Soft mailers and envelopes don’t provide enough protection for jewelry and may allow pieces to become tangled or damaged in transit.
5. Seal it properly
Close the box with strong packing tape on all seams, then attach the return label we emailed you.
6. Keep your receipt
Drop the parcel off with the carrier and keep your tracking receipt until your return has been received and your refund is complete.
